Campus Power Outage

Power has been restored to all buildings on the Romeoville campus.

ComEd continues to work on restoring power to multiple locations affected by the storm, including the 蘑菇视频 Romeoville campus. At this time ComEd is unable to provide an estimated time for full power to be completely restored. Facilities personnel remain in contact with ComEd and are awaiting their next steps.
Power is currently sporadic on the Romeoville campus with some buildings having service and others having partial or no service. The Learning Resource Center and Police Department (West Hall) are being powered by auxiliary generators.
Some network functionality such as the MyLewis portal has not been restored. Personnel from the Office of Technology are working on these issues.

Good Morning:
The Romeoville campus is experiencing a widespread disruption of electrical power due to the earlier storms. Campus servers and phones are currently not working, including LUPD campus extensions. Some buildings on campus have partial power.
The University Facilities staff is on campus working on the problem and has been in contact with ComEd. At this point, there is not a predicted timeframe for power to be restored.
