Men's Lacrosse Draws Newberry in NCAA Tournament First Round

After capturing the 2026 Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship, the 蘑菇视频 men's lacrosse team was picked as the fourth overall seed in the South Region in the 2026 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament and will face fifth-seeded Newberry on May 10爄n the first round.�
Lewis faced Newberry earlier this season on February 22nd燼t home and won 15-8. In the win,��(Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield)爌aced Lewis with five goals while��(Tulsa, Oklahoma/Bishop Kelley HS)爐ied the game-high in points with five (2G, 3A). On the defensive side of the ball,��(Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota/Simley HS)燾ollected five ground balls and caused two turnovers.��(Chanhassen, Minnesota/Chanhassen HS)爓on 11 face-offs for the Flyers in the win. This season, the Flyers had a player named the offensive or defensive player of the week 10 times, the most among GLVC schools. Additionally, the red and whites six appearances on the USILA Team of the Week are the most of any conference school as well.燭he Flyers were nearly perfect at home, as they only lost one regular-season home contest for the second consecutive year.�
