Student-Led Research from Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Featured at Leading Scientific Conference

Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ made a notable contribution to the 249th (ECS) Meeting, held May 24-28 in Seattle, by participating in presentations and discussions spanning several innovative scientific topics.
Dr. Jason J. Keleher, professor and chair of chemistry at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ, and Dr. Daniel Kissel, professor of chemistry, mentored and co-authored the following projects that were presented and co-authored by students.

at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ is recognized as a leader in fundamental research focused on ultra-clean processing and surface preparation technologies. The group has an extensive publication record in international peer-reviewed journals and is frequently invited to present its work at major international conferences. Over 25 Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ graduates who participated in the group have gone on to careers at advanced research and manufacturing organizations, including Intel Corporation, Entegris Corporation and Applied Materials Corporation. In addition, many alumni have pursued doctoral studies in field such as semiconductor technology, polymer science and materials science.
