Application Requirements

The first step is to complete our Online Application

After you have completed the online application, you will need to submit the following documents to the Office of International Admission.

Required Documents for Admission

Documents can be uploaded to your application portal, or submitted by email.

Fisrt-Year Applicants – First year Bachelor’s students

2. Secondary School Transcripts, or National Exam results
3. Secondary school completion certificate
4. English Proficiency exam scores
5. Copy of passport

Transfer Applicants – Students with some college experience

2. College Transcripts – for students within United States
3. Transcript Equivalency evaluation – for students outside of United States
4. English Proficiency exam score
5. Copy of passport

Graduate Applicants – First year Master’s students

2. Bachelor Degree Transcripts – for students with a USA bachelor degree
3. Transcript Equivalency evaluation – if your bachelor degree is from outside the USA
4. English Proficiency exam score
5. Statement of Purpose essay
6. Two Letters of Recommendation
7. Resume or C.V.
8. Copy of passport

Documents Required After Admission

After you have successfully completed your application and submitted the required documents, your application will be reviewed and considered for admission.  After you have been accepted to Lewis University, then we can begin the F1 Student Visa application process:
